Yoga

Yoga is an active meditation. Feeling the body move, breathing deeply and clearing the mind, even for a short time, is enough to make a profound positive difference in your life.
Movement is vital for overall health. Flexibility is our best defense against aging. Yoga strengthens movement and flexibility in a stillness that allows the mind to receive the full benefits of self-focus.

There are many schools of yoga. My yoga class is a combination of the many different yoga practices I have done over the past 30 years, as well as, elements of Chinese meridian therapy, Qi Gong, Tai Qi and breath work. The result is a smooth flowing practice not only benefiting body flexibility but also inner organ systems, balance, concentration and as well as, body flexibility.
